According to a new poll by Utah TV station Fox 13 and Utahpolicy.com, 53% of the Republicans  participating in this poll believe that Mitt Romney will be the top GOP presidential candidate in 2012, while 4% are rooting for Sarah Palin. Mitt Romney, a top contender in the 2008 presidential election, has also written a book, published by St. Martin's Press, and scheduled for publication on March 3
