Barcelona Emily Carlson traveled to Barcelona on her 6 month study abroad overseas. Barcelona was amazing.. I loved the sangria, Picasso museum, and the quaint cobblestone streets. My friends and I were able to walk almost everywhere in Barcelona. Although some places were quite a hike, we managed to get everywhere by foot. This picture is the lasting memory I will always have of Brussels. I was there with my friend for only about a day and a half. Brussels was our layover on the way to Amsterdam. Dublin Another one of my stops on my study abroad trip. I loved this trip because we went on a student bus tour. Yes, hole in the wall hostels. Yes, bad showers. But... 200 percent fun! Scotland! Emily Carlson went to Scotland during her study abroad program. I LOVED Scotland. It was like stepping back into medieval times. Castles everywhere! I really enjoyed visiting Edinburgh Castle. You can't miss it! It's right on a hill in the middle of downtown, and the views are amazing. It's worth the entrance fee. It's a city in the middle of California, so not it's not going to be as popular as San Francisco or Los Angeles or San Diego, but Fresno is a great place to visit. It's very warm, pleasant with lots of parks. I really enjoyed Fresno. It's a medium sized city, great suburbs and lots of Starbucks! It was really funny.
