Emily Hilscher

Emily Hilscher was a victim in the April 16 Virginia Tech massacre. She was in a relationship with the gunman, Cho Seung hui. Reportedly, Cho got into an argument with Emily in the early morning on Monday April 16th. Cho pulled out a gun and killed Emily, as well as a student advisor who had come to the room because of the argument. Later that day, Cho killed many other faculty and students in nearby Norris Hall.

BBC reports the following about Emily Hilscher , a victim of the Virginia tech shootings and ex-girlfriend of gunman Cho Seung-hui . Emily Hilscher, 19, from Woodville, Virginia, was studying animal and poultry sciences, and was known in her hometown as an animal lover. Contrary to other articles written on the matter, it has indeed been confirmed that Emily Hilscher was never in any kind of relationship with Seung-Hui Cho, the perpetrator of the Virginia Tech Massacre. She had been in a relationship with another man and had neither a friendship nor acquaintanceship with Cho. Read Full Story
