Emily Hilscher was a victim in the April 16 Virginia Tech massacre. She was in a relationship with the gunman, Cho Seung hui. Reportedly, Cho got into an argument with Emily in the early morning on Monday April 16th. Cho pulled out a gun and killed Emily, as well as a student advisor who had come to the room because of the argument. Later that day, Cho killed many other faculty and students in nearby Norris Hall.
