Tina Fey is TV's new golden girl — very golden. The popular local star won three Emmy awards for her work on " 30 Rock ," her wicked take on on the innerworkings of a late-night TV show on NBC . "I want to thank my parents for somehow raising me to have confidence that is disproportionate to my looks and my abilities," Fey said, after picking up her best actress in a comedy statuette.
