I personally had delt with Endometriosis since the age of 14. At the time, Endometriosis was a very new thing in the medical world, doctors didn't know too much about it. I was seeing a specialist who was actually doing studies on it. Under my doctor's care, I tried every option from birth control pills to having laser surgery to Lupron shots, etc. I was told I would never have children. 19 years later, I now have 3 healthy girls and have very recently opted to have a hysterectomy.
