Today’s Mantra is “Keep Calm” Many times in our day, week or month, we come across others who “upset” us. Some do it on purpose, some don’t realize what they do. Could be a simple look, a word or words, are something bigger. We then “fly off the handle”, and we say things that maybe should not have been said, and we really didn’t mean to say. Something that cannot be “taken back”, or forgotten. When you get in this type of situation, “ keep calm “. Don’t let you adrenline get the best of you! Clear you head, and think….. What can I ... Today’s Mantra is “I’m Sorry” We’ve all said or done things that were not kind. We may have been angry, hurt, or just plain NOT THINKING! We hurt someone in the process, and we hurt ourselves. Take a few moments to think, and tell that someone “I’m Sorry” . And REALLY mean it. You will feel better in the processing and so will they! And they will respect you for it. Saying “I’m Sorry” is admitting you are human and make mistakes too. And there is nothing wrong with that! Have a great weekend! Or you didn’t like the same games, so they made fun of you. It didn’t feel good. They were not “being fair”. In our life time, we meet many who have a difference of opinion, say, or do things that you do not always agree on, because it’s not OUR way of thinking/doing. Does this mean we attack them, hate them, cut them out of our lives, worse yet, try to get their friends turned against ... Read Full Story

Today’s Mantra is “Seeing the Good in YOU!” In the previous “Seeing the Good in” mantras, we talked about “seeing the good in” situations, and “seeing the good in” others. So, starting this weekend…. We want you to start “ Seeing the Good in YOU! ” Sometimes we feel we may have done something, say questionable. Or that we are not “up to” other people’s “standards”, or we’ve made a mistake, resulting in consequences. Don’t fret! Start “ seeing the good in you “. You do have a lot of good, you just need to dig a little inside. IT’S THERE! WE ALL HAVE ... Read Full Story
