Are adverbs mere adjective spinoffs?
From noticing the pedantic correction of adjective use where adverb use would be more appropriate, I've developed a fascination with the adverb. I even developed an entire theory of its development in the English language, but unfortunately it is based on no actual research. I am now curious how far off the mark it is.
Many "modern" adverbs seem to be the result of the adjective+"ly" construction...

Things that can make verb conjugations tricky — there are quite a few irregular verbs and verbs need to be "taken apart" before the ending is added — don't really apply to the conditional tense. Indeed, the conjugation of the conditional tense is one of the easiest to learn. With few exceptions, just add an ending to a verb and you're ready to go.

Well, we are now on Il Passato Prossimo. What we have here is a compound verb form combined with either essere or avere + the past participle. Past Participles in Italian are a bear. I think practically every one of them is irregular, not to mention the fact that one must understand which auxiliary verb goes with the past participle. Suffice to say, you need to practice this stuff.
