Two teenagers plotted a killing spree at a Manchester school on the 10th anniversary of the infamous Columbine High School massacre in the United States, a court heard Wednesday. Dozens of people participated in a "lie-down" at Colorado's state Capitol Monday to demand stricter gun control and mark the 10th anniversary of the Columbine High School shootings.
