The God of the twos has looked down and smiled upon us here at Complex. O yea verily, he hath blessed us, and our cups runneth over thanks to model/actress Esther Baxter. Church! You heard right, we caught up with the video legend so she could help us whip out another dose of the Complex 7. Our new blessed-chest friend, if you didn’t already know, has appeared in shortform classics like Petey Pablo’s “Freek-A-Leek”, Will Smith’s “Switch”, Nelly’s “Shake Ya Tailfeather” and Kanye West’s “The New Workout Plan”.

But with Esther talking retirement, we weren’t sure if we would be able to see her one-two punch again, but lucky for us she was kind enough to stop by and show some love. So brace yourself as Ms. Baxter throws on the #45 jersey like MJ to talk about her love for caramel, slow jams, and Vin Diesel in another wacked out Complex 7…

#1: WHAT’S THE NUMBER ONE DEAL-BREAKER FOR A POTENTIAL BOYFRIEND?

Esther Baxter says: Insecurity. He has to have his own little swag going on. He can’t be trying to get with me to feed off of my success. He also has to be confident enough to be with me.

#2: WHAT TYPE OF FOOTWEAR WOULD MAKE YOU COMPLETELY DISMISS A MAN AS A POTENTIAL HOOK-UP?

Esther Baxter says: Honestly, I don’t care about the brand. It’s not about a brand, it’s about whether they look fly or not. If they look fly then you’re good; if not, then you’re wack. Also, if they’re dirty then that’s not good either. They have to be nice, crisp and fly.

#3: WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE RAP ALBUM?

Esther Baxter says: I actually don’t listen to entire rap albums, but I would have to say the one that I did listen to was The Blueprint by Jay-Z. Other then that, I can’t listen to an entire rap album. I mostly listen to R&B.

#4: WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE COMFORT FOOD OR HANGOVER REMEDY?

Esther Baxter says: I don’t drink or smoke so I don’t get hangovers. I’ve never had a hangover in my life. I’ve never even been drunk in my life. I’ve tasted alcohol before and I don’t like the taste—and if it doesn’t taste good, why are you going to drink it? But I would have to say my favorite comfort food is the strawberry cheesecake that I make.

#5: WHAT’S THE MOST EFFECTIVE APHRODISIAC FOR YOU?

Esther Baxter says: I would have to say slow jams and caramel. I love the flavor of caramel, whether it’s a piece of candy or a topping for some ice cream. And as far as the slow jams, I love the old school songs like Marvin Gaye and R. Kelly.

#6: WHO’S A CHILDHOOD CRUSH YOU CAN’T BELIEVE YOU HAD?

Esther Baxter says: I did have a crush on Vin Diesel, but so did all of my sisters. We all had a crush on that dude.

#7: WHO’S YOUR WOMAN CRUSH?

Esther Baxter says: Does it have to be called woman-crush? How about I tell you whose beauty I can appreciate? I can appreciate the beauty of Scarlet Johansson, Angelina Jolie, and Halle Berry. They’re all beautiful woman with great personalities.
