During the Monday Night Football preseason game between the Vikings and Texans, Brett Favre managed to injure Texans saftey Eugene Wilson by throwing down an illegal "crackback" block. The injury happened during the third quarter of the game, when Favre went low to block Wilson as he advanced in the backfield. Some are saying the injury could have been a career-ender for Wilson, and are asking why Favre would throw down such a low block during a game that ultimately does not matter.
