Chill Rolls

ROLLS FOR ROLLING MILLS.
The rolls are double poured duplex rolls and are manufactured by the advance centrifugal process. Duplex rolls have the advantage of selecting the harder best performing material on the working surface, which is primarily a Cr-Ni-Mo alloyed chill cast iron & a relatively softer material inside. After casting the rolls are annealed to relieve the internal stresses thus improving the strength of the material. After heat treatment the rolls are proof machined & fitted with shaft to close tolerance.

ROLLS FOR FLOUR MILLS.

Fluting is also done on the roll surface as per requirement of the customer.

ROLLS FOR RUBBER MIXING MILLS.

The rolls are manufactured by the advance centrifugal process & are primarily a clear carbon chilled cast iron or a Cr-Ni alloyed chill cast iron. These rolls have a hollow core for the circulation of the cooling water during its service. After casting the rolls are annealed to relieve the internal stresses thus improving the strength of the material. After heat treatment the rolls are machined & ground as per users requirement.

ROLLS FOR PAPER PLANT

Forged rolls:
 We manufacture forged rolls in the grades M.S., En8, En9, En19, En24, En31, En42, Etc as per customers requirement. Rolls are manufactured up to a diameter of 24” (Max) & maximum Weight of 3 tonnes

Rolling Mill Accessories:
We manufacture complete rolling mill plant & accessories for rolling mills. Gears, gearbox, gear coupling, reduction gearbox, etc.

Centrifugal Casting:
We also undertake centrifugal casting like bushes, liners, etc as per the requirement of the customers
