building :: renovation done! maybe...

My son and his wife just finished renovating a house that they bought in February. When they purchased it, I'm sure they didn't realize what they were getting into. But after four grueling months of hardwork it's finished! They repainted every room, refinished all the hardwoods and redid all the bathrooms and put in all new tile floors. But the crowning glory has got to be the kitchen which turned out fabulous! The contemporary maple cabinets ended up staying, but they pulled out all the black appliances and opted for stainless steel. When it came to deciding about the sink fixtures and sink itself they were torn between the trendy farmhouse sinks, the new seamless sinks and the undermount kitchen sinks. What they ended up deciding on was a stainless steel undermount style that looks beautiful with their quartz countertops. (and it makes cleanup a breeze too!)

Now that the whole renovation is done, they can sit back, relax and enjoy. Well...maybe. If I know Sasha, I'm sure theres some other "little" renovation around the corner.
