(Pacific Coast News)Evgeni Plushenko didn't win over many American figure skating fans when he made it clear last week what he thought of
Evan Lysacek's narrow Gold Medal victory. The Russian skater felt his ability to land the difficult quad mid-air spin made him a clear winner over Lysacek.

"I think we need to change the judging system -- a quad is a quad," he said. "If an Olympic champion doesn't do a quad, well I don't know...Now it's not men's figure skating, it's dancing. The (figure skating) movement needs to go forward, not stand still and definitely not go back."
Now Plushenko is sticking it to Lysacek and the International Olympic Committee another way -- by calling his Silver Medal "Platinum." Though the dig has since been deleted, on Monday some bloggers noticed that Plushenko's official website featured an interesting bullet point on his list of accomplisments.
Under a picture of Plushenko's three medals were the respective titles: Silver of Salt Lake; Gold of Torino; Platinum of Vancouver.
It appears Plushenko is still furious over his loss to Lysacek. During the Olympic medal presentation, the Russian even jumped up to the Gold Medal position on the podium to show who he thought the real winner was. Here's what his website looked like Monday.
