PT. TJB Power Services in the business of Operation and Maintenance of Tanjung Jati B2X660MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Indonesia, we are looking for:

Shift Leader
(Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to coordinating and controlling all aspects within the main control room and real time dispatch communications with PLN.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control or Engineering Physic.
* Minimum experience is not less than 5 years in Power Plant Operation and experienced as
* Unit Controller.
* Appropriate technical education, several years experience on and detailed knowledge of
* coal fired plant performance and reliability.
* Qualification and licenses accordance to local legislative and other requirements.
* Knowledge of the site emergency plan and respective actions and proactive approach to all
* safety related issues.
* Be able to communicate clearly and concisely as well as working without supervision.
* Good ability to communicate in English (speak, write, read).
* Willing to and capable of team work that promotes the spirit of the team.
* Willing to work on shift basis regardless to holidays or public holidays.
* Core Competencies and skills in : Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
