Illusive. That is the term that often describes how fat loss looks for normal people. We all have friends who can sneeze and shed 10 pounds, while we can look sideways at a brownie sundae and gain 20.

The game really isn't fair is it?

However, now the dieter can accomplish those hormonal responses at home without the concern for deleterious side effects of drugs, nor the worry about going under the knife.

Because of this knowledge, today's science has given us the ability to transform food into an ally by causing your body to work for you, rather than against you. Now is the time when hunger pangs are no longer a reality, and a “gym-rat” lifestyle is no longer necessary.

The diets that have taken the lead in regulating hormones to burn fat are those that use Calorie Cycling.

Calorie cycling is where the types of calories consumed are cycled in a manner that keeps the endocrine system (hormone system) creating hormones that aid in the fat loss efforts.
