Acknowledgements for People in my Life updated Sat Jul 4 2009 8:33 am CDT

This week's Giant Summer School lesson is to write a lens on Acknowledgement-giving thanks to someone who has enriched my life. I actually have a long list of people I could write about but during my thinking process for putting this lens together, I decided to write about the first three people who popped into my mind first. In a sense, you could say these three people have inspired me the most; all on different levels. I believe each of us have certain areas within our minds that need different encouragements, or need to be persuaded differently or nudged a certain way when it comes to accomplishing different goals we set for ourselves. These three people have done just that for me. Each encouraged me the way I needed to be encouraged, each persuaded me the way I needed persuaded and all of them have nudged that certain part of me that needed nudged. One is someone very close to me my husband, the other is an Apache Elder whose name was GreyHawk and one is an Author named Lynn Andrews. This artwork is by: Susan Boulet
