Scooters

What I know about scooters, you could put of the head of a pin; however I shared many a winding road with a bike between my legs. We'd fly. I was always riding fast, leaning into the curves, swallowing a bug or two (!) but loving every minute. We had a big field near our house with a dirt path, our "dirt track," where the best times were free and full of laughter. It doesn't take much to remind me of those days... just a small patch of red clay off the side of a road. I remember all of the bikes and the kids that came. Oh for one more winding road!
