Apparently American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino has quite the long history of not paying her bills. Last month we told you that Fantasias $1.3 million home was in foreclosure and would be auctioned off if she didnt do anything. "American Idol" winner Fantasia Barrino may be the latest victim of the financial crunch - her $1.3 million North Carolina home is in foreclosure. Just the other day I was writing about the pending foreclosure of an Extreme Makeover home and now, the imminent sale at public auction of the home of Fantasia Barrino, the winner of the popular American Idol television show.
Apparently Fantasia is really singing the blues these days but I’m confident that the experience, in hindsight, will give her some gret material to use to write some heartbreaking songs of loss.

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — An attorney for a lending company says the auction of a million-dollar home belonging to “American Idol” winner Fantasia Barrino won’t happen because an agreement has been reached.
Charlotte-based attorney Larry Goldman said Saturday in an e-mail to The Associated Press the two sides have worked out the matter. He did not immediately respond to a request for more details.
