The Diary of Tobacco Bureau Chief Han Feng
‘The year 2007 is over. . . I finally got some women.’ So confided Han Feng, a Chinese tobacco company official, to his personal diary. But, in the last few weeks, this diary has become the centre of a rather juicy news story. Han, it seems, was suspended from his job, pending an investigation into allegations about his debauchery and his taking of bribes - allegations which were sourced somehow from Han’s diary and leaked onto the internet. Meanwhile, Han has asked local police to arrest whoever was responsible for leaking the information and to charge them with an invasion of privacy.
Having been promoted in 2009, Han was employed as director of sales for the Guangxi tobacco monopoly bureau - until, that is, he was suspended at the beginning of March, pending an investigation by the bureau’s discipline inspection committee. The investigation, according to China Daily, quoted by AFP, followed accusations of corruption, a lavish lifestyle and improper relations with female employees. These accusations, it explained, stemmed from extracts of Han’s diaries that had been posted on the internet by a man wanting revenge for an affair Han had had with his wife.
The same AFP report says that during a year-long period up to January 2008, Han’s diary describes: ‘regular feasts and excessive drinking five days a week, usually with police, local government officials and tobacco company directors’; receiving ‘payments ranging from 2,000 yuan [$300] to 100,000 yuan’; and ‘sexual relationships with five female colleagues’. AFP also notes that China’s ruling party has railed against corruption for years, seeking to counter public anger over regular reports of graft, excess and debauchery among officials, and that this case marks the latest instance of an official being investigated following revelations on the internet

When you want to open an account, you can do so at any of their locations; when you want to close the account, you have to go to the lone designated shop. There was only one worker. Five people were ahead in the queue. It took two hours to complete the business. No wonder people complain about them! We dined before returning.
September 15 Saturday (25-30 ℃ sunny) Went with Sha to the Wuxiang Plaza in the morning. Dined before returning.

We departed at 6:20pm and returned to Jinxiu at 8:30pm. Li Jinyou also came over and ate. We drank some alcohol. I was unable to wake up in the middle of the night to watch F1.
October 22 Monday (17-30 ℃ sunny) Ate breakfast in the morning. Took them to the Luzhai Expressway entrance. They were going to Guilin. It was cold during the night.
October 31 Wednesday (7-11 ℃ rainy) We took the scenery district bus to go to the tram station to go up to the Golden Dome. The tram was very steep. It took 25 minutes to get up there. I had to walk about 100 meters to reach the top. The scenery is great. Unfortunately, there was no fog bank. We encountered the fog bank half way but we did not stop to watch. When we got back down, it began to rain. Good. We stopped halfway down and we got the photographs of the fog. We got to the bottom of the mountain, ate lunch and hurried back to Wuhan. We arrived at 630pm. By the time we finished dinner it was 830pm. We still stayed at the Asia Hotel.

December 6 Thurdsay (12-20 ℃ overcast) I was supposed to hold a middle-management cadre job performance meeting, but vice mayor Li called me over to meet with him. So I told them to go ahead with the meeting. I chatted 30 minutes with Li and then I went back to rest in the dormitory. I joined the meeting after 10am. I did not notice that the tail was sagging after I bought it. I used plastic to make a new one. I needed to buy paint.
December 23 Sunday (12-17 ℃ overcast) Spent all day at home. Sha went out to buy books for our son. She also bought the airplane paint for me on the way. In the afternoon, I fixed the tail of the model airplane.

最近广西烟草部门韩峰局长的日记很热门，我认为在艳照和视频充满网络的年代里，突然来一些真人纯文学的描写，如沐春风。这应该是2010年最具文学价值和 社会价值的文学作品了。我看了局长日记以后，觉得我们不应该讨伐这位局长。我们假设局长日记日记是真的，我敢说这其实是一位好干部。
1， 这位干部在半年的时间内仅仅受贿6万元，这是我近几年第一次看见受贿两字后面跟的是一个5位数，现在哪里去找这么清廉的局长。
2， 在他已玩，正玩，稳定的玩和待玩的那些女人中，无一人属于包养性质。
3， 这位局长不赌博，不嫖娼，不贿赂上司。在公共场合办手机卡的时候按顺序排队，一排就是两个小时。
4， 在他的日记里，我们看到了一个以最小的成本在泡妞的国家干部，在其他干部都送二奶房子车子的时候，他送给自己的 女人最贵重的礼品仅仅是一个手机或者一个MP4。这点上，不仅说明这个局长不错，还说明其实他的女人们也都不错。多一些这样的男男女女，我们国家一年要节 省出多少艘航母来。
5， 他应酬喝酒仅89次，我知道的很多村干部一年喝酒应酬都要超过365次。但是他多次喝醉，酒量一般，这点没有达到一个国家干部的要求，这是他罪名最重的一条，严重玷污了公务员的形象。
6， 虽然他玩女人多次，但是陪老婆逛街等也有25次，给父亲购买手机，其中也没有发现利用职务之便给自己亲戚走过后门。
7， 他会自己安装电脑软件，爱好数码，爱好摄影，爱好体育，用微博体写日记，属于一个比较与时俱进的领导。
8， 在他的日记里，完全没有看到一个国家干部对于豪华汽车，房产奢侈品，书画古董收藏所表现出来的应有追求，甚至连个念想都没有，只是默默的玩着他的手机和电脑。在日记里，他甚至写道，今天买了一个160元的XX耳机，真好！多么知足常乐的干部。
9， 至于工作方面……虽然尚且没有看出这位领导进行了任何的工作，但是所谓干部干部，只要干了自己的部下，也就完成了这个这个名词赋予的意义。
综上所诉，在现有的国情下，他绝对是一个标准线以上好干部，这样的干部属于自娱自乐容易满足型，不害民不扰民，对国家和人民造成的危害是最小的。在日记 中，我们看到了一个仅仅几个千把块钱就能让他乐不思蜀的国家干部，当他买了一部手机后，连续三天的日记内容都是“在家玩手机”，连女人都不玩了。在他这个 位置上，比他罪大恶极的干部多的是。我强烈的建议网民们放过这位干部，也放过他的女人，他们仅仅是这个罪恶的游戏里最小的虾米，游水之余最大的罪恶就是顺 口吃了几个浮游生物，我们可以希望依法惩治他们，但他们绝对不应该作为官场中罪恶的典型。在这个必须要堕落的官场风气中，他是最绿色无害的那一种。还是让 这位局长继续在他的工作岗位上研究他的数码产品吧，如果他下台了，接替他的人很可能比他对社会的危害要大很多，区别就是人家不写日记。

你的很多观点我还是赞同的，但是在局长日记这件事上，我的观点还是应该打破沙锅问到底【也许只是一厢情愿，不可能有真正水落石出的结果】，因为中国麻木的人太多了，这样的事情持续深入的讨论，能够唤醒更多的人学会思考，学会判断，而并非天天听着套话过日子。
从日记中可以看到，在大地震过后的几天里，当所有良知未泯的人们都在焦急担心，解囊相助的时刻，那时，我的网友们都在积极的筹集捐款，委托重庆的网友购买 成物资直接送到捐助点，那时，我和家人都是整天的盯着四川卫视关注救灾的进展，每天都沉浸在悲惨情景中而泪水涌动，那时，这些干部们在干什么？？仍然还是 在花天酒地胡作非为，他们早已不是正常心智的人了，早就被特殊材料锻造过了，当街头乞讨为生的贫民都能捐出自己保命的散碎银子的时候，这些干部在干什 么？？仍然在拿着民脂民膏胡吃海喝，他们还有人性吗？？确定是答案是：没有！

近日网上疯传名为《广西某局长“香艳日记”》的帖文，并引来大批评论和所谓对所涉当事人的“人肉搜索”。阅后深感震惊。
涉日记评论已然够多，普公当然同大家一样谴责所曝之丑恶行为。这里主要想提醒网友们一下——不要忘了网上擅发他人日记涉嫌违法；不要一时兴起，侵害一些弱势人群的合法权利。
我国宪法没有隐私权或私生活权利这一概念，但规定了人格尊严不受侵犯的原则，而隐私权是人格权之一种。《民法通则》规定，公民、法人享有名誉权，公民的人 格尊严受法律保护，禁止用侮辱、毁谤等方式损害公民、法人的名誉等。我国刑法中设立的非法搜查罪、非法侵入住宅罪和侵犯通信自由罪在一定程度和范围内通过 惩罚侵犯公民个人生活安宁权和私人信息保密权的行为，加强了对公民隐私权的保护。
那么，所谓“香艳日记”是怎样泄露出来的呢？网上流传三种说法：
一是自称局长情人的丈夫出于报复，将日记弄到手并发表在网上。
二是自称来宾市烟草系统工作人士在接受“南都”采访时提供，可能与广西烟草系统内部岗位调整有关。系统内流传最广的说法是，韩峰竞争上岗被对手报复，对手买通黑客侵入其私人笔记本电脑获取日记并发上网。
三是韩峰得罪的系统内部人士干的。
这三种说法都未经证实。但显然都属于非法获取。当然也就不可能获得授权，擅自公布，违法无疑。普公认为这一点网友们都会认识到，只不过被日记所透露的官员腐败丑态所冲淡。
更重要的是，日记中大量涉及他人特别是一些女性的个人隐私，真实性未知，完全是日记主人“一家之言”。面对违法公布的所谓“香艳日记”，这些人有口难辩， 完全处于弱势，名誉权和隐私权已受到严重侵犯。更有甚者，网上对日记中涉及的部分女性实行所谓“人肉搜索”，更肆无忌惮地侵犯了她们的人格尊严。
顺便提一下，“香艳日记”的提法本也是一种哗众取宠。据网友统计， 在已公布的140余篇日记中，涉及男女之事不过20篇，切都寥寥数语，与“香艳”相去甚远。还有所谓“性爱日记”云云，纯粹是吸引大众眼球之举。
古人尚且都恪遵有关的道德规范，进而，形成非常稳定的诚信社会. 我国已进入和谐社会，尊重他人隐私权不是出于“良知”，而是每个公民应具有的法律意识。今天践踏别人的隐私权，也许明天受害的就是我们。

When you want to open an account, you can do so at any of their locations; when you want to close the account, you have to go to the lone designated shop. There was only one worker. Five people were ahead in the queue. It took two hours to complete the business. No wonder people complain about them! We dined before returning.

October 16 Tuesday (23-30 ℃ sunny) Ate breakfast in the morning. Manager Li accompanied us to visit the Minsk aircraft carrier. October 17 Wednesday (9-17 ℃) Don\'t want to go anywhere. Stayed at Laibin. At noon, Lao Wen and Lao Xu came to meet us. Manager Li has accompanied Secretary He to Guangxi. We ate and went to the airport. Sha flew back to Nanning while we flew to Guiyang. The plane was on time. Guiyang was cold. Ah Su and Li Jinyou were already there. Many people came for dinner that night in Guiyang. The sales company\'s Secretary Li and their disciplinary committee secretary, human resources department chief all came. Many people got drunk. Went to sing karaoke that night. Director Bao got drunk. I was alright.
October 18 Thursday (8-15 ℃ rainy) After eating breakfast, Zhu Bing accompanied us to go to the Sifeng Concentration Camp. It is halfway between Guiyang and Junyi. It is not too far away but the road was under repairs. This used to the senior-level prison for the Kuomintang and it was later moved to Chongqing. After viewing it, we ate. It was already past 2pm. We returned to Guiyang and rested. In the evening, Wang Shuyao invited us to dinner. Drank a lot of alcohol again.
October 19 Friday (10-18 ℃ overcast) I ate breakfast by myself. Ah Su and Li Jinyou wanted to go to Huangguoshu. I and Feng, Liang and Lu flew to Nanning. We ate at 12:00. The plane left at 2:35pm. Arrived in Nanning on time. Feng and others went back. Tomorrow I have to go back to Laibin and go with Shenzhen\'s Secretary He and others to Shengtang Mountain.
October 20 Saturday (18-28 ℃ sunny) At breakfast at 9am and returned to Laibin with Ah Wu. At 12:30pm, Shenzhen factory\'s Secretary He and others arrived. I dined with them and then went to Jinxiu. Mo Yao saw the Five Fingers Mountain scenery. She did not come last time. It was too beautiful! We ate at 3:30pm up in the mountain. We began descending after 4pm. We departed at 6:20pm and returned to Jinxiu at 8:30pm. Li Jinyou also came over and ate. We drank some alcohol. I was unable to wake up in the middle of the night to watch F1.
October 22 Monday (17-30 ℃ sunny) Ate breakfast in the morning. Took them to the Luzhai Expressway entrance. They were going to Guilin. I went back to Laibin, and inspected the construction area and logistics. There will be a state inspection in a few days\' time. I stayed in the dormitory in the afternoon. Kimi Raikkonen is the F1 champion for the year with 110 points. Second place Alonso has 109 points while third place Hamilton has 109 points.
October 23 Tuesday (17-30 ℃ sunny) Went to the office in the morning to deal with paperwork. In the afternoon, I met with the teachers in the efficiency team. We had dinner together and we drank a lot.

October 28 Sunday (15-23 ℃ rainy) Went over to Xiang\'s abode in the morning to clean up for him. The old computer was moved away to make room. Wanted to eat at "Taizi" but they booked for a wedding. So I had to eat Hunan cuisine at a small restaurant in the Nanhu district of University of Science and Technology. Afterwards, I took a tour of the Nanhu district. It is getting into shape. It is huge. In the afternoon, I bought two USB storage devices. I wanted to go to Taizi but the taxis refused to go there because they were switching shifts. So I had to eat in a coffee house.
October 29 Monday (13-20 ℃ rainy) I went with Sha to the New World Mall in the morning. We went to the Taizi Hotel, ordered food and waited for Xiang to come. He arrived at noon and we ate together. Afterwards, he went back to school. In the afternoon, I wanted to go to Hankou with Sha, but the taxis refused to go there. So we had to ask them to pick us up. The car came at 6pm. By the time we got there it was past 7pm. Their sales/marketing company\'s Secretary Ma took us to dinner. Leaving tomorrow morning. I asked Sha to move over to the Asia Hotel.
October 30 Tuesday (9-13 ℃ rainy) Ate breakfast and left at 830am to go to Wudang Mountain. Traveled almost five hours to reach the Wudang Development Area of Shiyan city. This is the bottom of the Wudang Mountain range. Ate lunch. The guide took us up the mountain. We saw the Prince Slope and the Southern Rock. It got dark. We went back down to stay at Crow Ridge. It was cold during the night.
October 31 Wednesday (7-11 ℃ rainy) We took the scenery district bus to go to the tram station to go up to the Golden Dome. The tram was very steep. It took 25 minutes to get up there. I had to walk about 100 meters to reach the top. The scenery is great. Unfortunately, there was no fog bank. We encountered the fog bank half way but we did not stop to watch. When we got back down, it began to rain. Good. We stopped halfway down and we got the photographs of the fog. We got to the bottom of the mountain, ate lunch and hurried back to Wuhan. We arrived at 630pm. By the time we finished dinner it was 830pm. We still stayed at the Asia Hotel.

December 3 Monday (8-23 ℃ sunny) Ah Wu came here in the morning and I went to Laibin. Went into the office in the afternoon to deal with paperwork. The General Department people asked me to have dinner with them. I went and I drank too much.
December 4 Tuesday (7-23 ℃ sunny) I rested in the morning. At lunch, the Yinzhou court\'s Zhao Xin and his colleagues asked me to lunch. I went with Xiao Pan. We drank until 4pm. I drank too much, and so did Xiao Pan. I asked her to come to my room where I fucked her. I seemed to remember that it was very heated and she cooperated with what seemed to be a lot of juice. In the evening, Xiao Pan and Ah Mei asked me to have a late night snack. We ate for a while and we told Tan Gang to come to drink another two bottles of foreign wine. Drank too much once again.
December 5 Wednesday (13-22 ℃ cloudy) I fucked too hard with Xiao Pan yesterday. My body is still aching all over. Spent all day in the dormitory.
December 6 Thurdsay (12-20 ℃ overcast) I was supposed to hold a middle-management cadre job performance meeting, but vice mayor Li called me over to meet with him. So I told them to go ahead with the meeting. I chatted 30 minutes with Li and then I went back to rest in the dormitory. I joined the meeting after 10am. In the afternoon, there was the Party organization\'s meeting on people\'s livelihood. Nobody from the district or city government came. Ha! It\'s been five years already and it is good that they don\'t come. Spent the evening with Wang Quanlai and drank a lot with them. Nothing happened this night.
December 7 Friday (8-21 ℃ cloudy) At 10am, I met with them to discuss the orders for next year. At 2pm, I went with Ah Wu back to Nanning. In the evening, we all went to Zhuliba for dinner. Tomorrow, I will get Ah Wu to take my father back to Wuzhou.
December 8 Saturday (13-21 ℃ overcast) Ah Wu took my father back to Wuzhou at 9am. They were delayed by two hours due to traffic jam. I went with Sha to buy game disks for our son. We ate at Lao Meng and then came home.
December 9 Sunday (14-23 ℃ overcast) I went with Sha in the morning to Shuying\'s place to buy Walkman H260 earphones for 160 yuan. They\'re really nice!
December 10 Monday (16-23 ℃ cloudy) Stayed home in the morning. In the afternoon I went back to Laibin with Ah Wu. Dinner with Lao Gao from Anhui and Wang Chu from Jiangsu. Drank a lot. There was a department performance that night. I took photos for them.
December 11 Tuesday (17-26 ℃ overcast) Economic operations analysis meeting all day. Had dinner Huang Guiting and director Xiao of the Land Department. We fixed our entry fee at 5 million yuan in order to guarantee that we get the land. Drank a lot once again.
December 12 Wednesday (15-22 ℃ cloudy) Went to the office in the morning to meeting with director Tang of the Laibin Credit Union so that they can reduce their electricity bill from 0.3% to 0.1%, but we still leave a reserve for them. I went with Li Jinyou and Wang Danming to Nanning to attending the meeting on employment and quota reform for the district. The meeting will go on all day tomorrow.
December 13 Thursday (15-19 ℃ overcast) Meeting all day. Communication, leadership speeches, discussions, conclusions. Zhang Changsheng and Ah Gui also attended. At dinner with Zhang Changsheng and Ah Gui in the evening. Not going back tomorrow.
December 14 Friday (14-20 ℃ overcast) Stayed home all day. Went out with Sha to eat noodles at noon.
December 15 Saturday (16-22 ℃ overcast) Went with Sha to Xinmeng in the morning. There was an event at Dream Island. Went home after eating lunch.
December 16 Sunday (15-23 ℃ overcast) Stayed home all day. Used PhotoShop to handle black-and-white photo. I learned how to do it. Tomorrow, Zhang Tianjie will sent someone to do year-end eva1uation in Laibin. Ask Ah Wu to come at 8 o\'clock to take me back to Laibin.
December 17 Monday (14-21 ℃ overcast) They came at 1030am and we held a meeting during which we made our reports. In the afternoon, they spoke to individual persons. I told our middle-level cadres to communicate the spirit of our job allocation conference. In the evening, we went to several places and drank quite a bit. Liang Shi came over. In the evening, I also went to sing karaoke with the court people.
December 18 Tuesday (10-12 ℃ rainy and cold) They continued to talk in the morning. I told Li Jinyou about the work coming up. I am going to Xiangzhou tomorrow for the core team training and I needed to prepare the material. I have to help them on the Seventeenth Congress. In the afternoon, they finished talked to the team members. They gave their feedback and then they left.

They can deal with it. Ah Wu took me back to Laibin in the afternoon. It was raining in Laibin with temperate at 12 ℃. When I got back in Naning, it was 26 ℃. It only got colder by midnight.
December 22 Saturday (14-17 ℃ rainy) I went to Xinmeng with Sha in the morning. We ate and then we came home. In the afternoon, I dealt with the sagging tail of the J-10 fighter jet model. I did not notice that the tail was sagging after I bought it. I used plastic to make a new one. I needed to buy paint.
December 23 Sunday (12-17 ℃ overcast) Spent all day at home. Sha went out to buy books for our son. She also bought the airplane paint for me on the way. In the afternoon, I fixed the tail of the model airplane.
December 24 Monday (9 - 18 ℃ cloudy) Went with Sha to the book distributor market in the morning. I bought the RAW book at the bookstore. Wonderful! In the afternoon, I went to the planning meeting of next year\'s national tobacco tax reviews. In the evening, I dined with them and then I went back to Laibin.
December 25 Tuesday (9-18 ℃ overcast) I was in the dormitory in the morning. There was a university student forum in the afternoon. In the evening, everybody drank a lot.
December 26 Wednesday (12-17 ℃ overcast) In the dormitory in the morning. Went to the office in the afternoon to deal with paperwork. Today\'s sales is done with more than 100 crates. Mission accomplished this year once again. The application for the land of the logistics centre was completed today with an application fee of 5 million yuan. Ate dinner with Huang Guiting and others. Drank a lot of wine.
December 27 Thursday (12-17 ℃ drizzling) In the morning, there was a comparison of client management techniques at the sales/marketing centre. Spent the afternoon preparing tomorrow\'s speech. At 530pm, I went over to hand out the awards to them. In the evening, the client service managers invited me to dinner. Then I went over to the dinner for the personnel office. Afterwards, I drank beer with Li Jun and them. I drank quite a bit once again.
December 28 Friday (11-14 ℃ drizzling) The results from the client management techniques competition. I gave them a two-hour lecture. At noon, I got a hotel room and I summoned Ah Fang. We fucked many times. I was dead tired. I went back to the office briefly at 4 o\'clock. In the evening, I went with the sales office people for dinner. I drank a lot of red wine. The year 2007 is over. This is the year in which my work has gone the smoothest ever. The company is growing. The middle-level cadres have worked hard to understand my goals. My authority has grown among the workers. All our missions were accomplished. My income was as much as 200,000 yuan. Next year will be easier. Therefore, I don\'t care whether I go back to the district bureau. I hope that I can work another couple of years and then return for an easier job at the district bureau. This year, my son has done well and he is being recommended to be a graduate student without even having to take any test. Two years later, he will get a job easily. 最近广西烟草部门韩峰局长的日记很热门，我认为在艳照和视频充满网络的年代里，突然来一些真人纯文学的描写，如沐春风。这应该是2010年最具文学价值和 社会价值的文学作品了。我看了局长日记以后，觉得我们不应该讨伐这位局长。我们假设局长日记日记是真的，我敢说这其实是一位好干部。
1， 这位干部在半年的时间内仅仅受贿6万元，这是我近几年第一次看见受贿两字后面跟的是一个5位数，现在哪里去找这么清廉的局长。
2， 在他已玩，正玩，稳定的玩和待玩的那些女人中，无一人属于包养性质。
3， 这位局长不赌博，不嫖娼，不贿赂上司。在公共场合办手机卡的时候按顺序排队，一排就是两个小时。
4， 在他的日记里，我们看到了一个以最小的成本在泡妞的国家干部，在其他干部都送二奶房子车子的时候，他送给自己的 女人最贵重的礼品仅仅是一个手机或者一个MP4。这点上，不仅说明这个局长不错，还说明其实他的女人们也都不错。多一些这样的男男女女，我们国家一年要节 省出多少艘航母来。
5， 他应酬喝酒仅89次，我知道的很多村干部一年喝酒应酬都要超过365次。但是他多次喝醉，酒量一般，这点没有达到一个国家干部的要求，这是他罪名最重的一条，严重玷污了公务员的形象。
6， 虽然他玩女人多次，但是陪老婆逛街等也有25次，给父亲购买手机，其中也没有发现利用职务之便给自己亲戚走过后门。
7， 他会自己安装电脑软件，爱好数码，爱好摄影，爱好体育，用微博体写日记，属于一个比较与时俱进的领导。
8， 在他的日记里，完全没有看到一个国家干部对于豪华汽车，房产奢侈品，书画古董收藏所表现出来的应有追求，甚至连个念想都没有，只是默默的玩着他的手机和电脑。在日记里，他甚至写道，今天买了一个160元的XX耳机，真好！多么知足常乐的干部。
9， 至于工作方面……虽然尚且没有看出这位领导进行了任何的工作，但是所谓干部干部，只要干了自己的部下，也就完成了这个这个名词赋予的意义。
综上所诉，在现有的国情下，他绝对是一个标准线以上好干部，这样的干部属于自娱自乐容易满足型，不害民不扰民，对国家和人民造成的危害是最小的。在日记 中，我们看到了一个仅仅几个千把块钱就能让他乐不思蜀的国家干部，当他买了一部手机后，连续三天的日记内容都是“在家玩手机”，连女人都不玩了。在他这个 位置上，比他罪大恶极的干部多的是。我强烈的建议网民们放过这位干部，也放过他的女人，他们仅仅是这个罪恶的游戏里最小的虾米，游水之余最大的罪恶就是顺 口吃了几个浮游生物，我们可以希望依法惩治他们，但他们绝对不应该作为官场中罪恶的典型。在这个必须要堕落的官场风气中，他是最绿色无害的那一种。还是让 这位局长继续在他的工作岗位上研究他的数码产品吧，如果他下台了，接替他的人很可能比他对社会的危害要大很多，区别就是人家不写日记。

你的很多观点我还是赞同的，但是在局长日记这件事上，我的观点还是应该打破沙锅问到底【也许只是一厢情愿，不可能有真正水落石出的结果】，因为中国麻木的人太多了，这样的事情持续深入的讨论，能够唤醒更多的人学会思考，学会判断，而并非天天听着套话过日子。
从日记中可以看到，在大地震过后的几天里，当所有良知未泯的人们都在焦急担心，解囊相助的时刻，那时，我的网友们都在积极的筹集捐款，委托重庆的网友购买 成物资直接送到捐助点，那时，我和家人都是整天的盯着四川卫视关注救灾的进展，每天都沉浸在悲惨情景中而泪水涌动，那时，这些干部们在干什么？？仍然还是 在花天酒地胡作非为，他们早已不是正常心智的人了，早就被特殊材料锻造过了，当街头乞讨为生的贫民都能捐出自己保命的散碎银子的时候，这些干部在干什 么？？仍然在拿着民脂民膏胡吃海喝，他们还有人性吗？？确定是答案是：没有！
文中的女人值得同情吗？？就像前边网友说的那样，她们值得同情，那全天下贤淑善良，尊重婚姻的女人岂不是更需要膜拜？？一时的欢娱或一时的利益就能让人放下所有的羞耻和矜持，难道这是未来的发展趋势？？

近日网上疯传名为《广西某局长“香艳日记”》的帖文，并引来大批评论和所谓对所涉当事人的“人肉搜索”。阅后深感震惊。
涉日记评论已然够多，普公当然同大家一样谴责所曝之丑恶行为。这里主要想提醒网友们一下——不要忘了网上擅发他人日记涉嫌违法；不要一时兴起，侵害一些弱势人群的合法权利。
我国宪法没有隐私权或私生活权利这一概念，但规定了人格尊严不受侵犯的原则，而隐私权是人格权之一种。《民法通则》规定，公民、法人享有名誉权，公民的人 格尊严受法律保护，禁止用侮辱、毁谤等方式损害公民、法人的名誉等。我国刑法中设立的非法搜查罪、非法侵入住宅罪和侵犯通信自由罪在一定程度和范围内通过 惩罚侵犯公民个人生活安宁权和私人信息保密权的行为，加强了对公民隐私权的保护。
那么，所谓“香艳日记”是怎样泄露出来的呢？网上流传三种说法：
一是自称局长情人的丈夫出于报复，将日记弄到手并发表在网上。
二是自称来宾市烟草系统工作人士在接受“南都”采访时提供，可能与广西烟草系统内部岗位调整有关。系统内流传最广的说法是，韩峰竞争上岗被对手报复，对手买通黑客侵入其私人笔记本电脑获取日记并发上网。
三是韩峰得罪的系统内部人士干的。
这三种说法都未经证实。但显然都属于非法获取。当然也就不可能获得授权，擅自公布，违法无疑。普公认为这一点网友们都会认识到，只不过被日记所透露的官员腐败丑态所冲淡。
更重要的是，日记中大量涉及他人特别是一些女性的个人隐私，真实性未知，完全是日记主人“一家之言”。面对违法公布的所谓“香艳日记”，这些人有口难辩， 完全处于弱势，名誉权和隐私权已受到严重侵犯。更有甚者，网上对日记中涉及的部分女性实行所谓“人肉搜索”，更肆无忌惮地侵犯了她们的人格尊严。
顺便提一下，“香艳日记”的提法本也是一种哗众取宠。据网友统计， 在已公布的140余篇日记中，涉及男女之事不过20篇，切都寥寥数语，与“香艳”相去甚远。还有所谓“性爱日记”云云，纯粹是吸引大众眼球之举。
古人尚且都恪遵有关的道德规范，进而，形成非常稳定的诚信社会. 我国已进入和谐社会，尊重他人隐私权不是出于“良知”，而是每个公民应具有的法律意识。今天践踏别人的隐私权，也许明天受害的就是我们。
