The game was released on March 16, 2006, in Japan and in North America on October 31, 2006. The European and Australian releases are scheduled for release on February 23, 2007. On November 15, 2005, a playable demo of the game was shipped with the North American release of Dragon Quest VIII.
The instant I saw this item displayed by my dealers, my jaw dropped to the floor. Of cousr I was amazed by the $999.99 price tag. I've never even sold a Swarovski crystal worth that much, let alone a videogame item.
