Since 2009 was declared the Year of France in Brazil with events running from April 15 to November 15, fellow Breton and talented Chocolatier Henri Le Roux decided to join forces with Brazilan designer Márcia de Carvalho to create a chocolate robe for the fashion show at Salon du Chocolat (Ckocolate Show) in Paris (October 14 to 18). She took inspiration for the dress from 19th century opera "Il Guarany" by Antonio Carlos Gomes as Opera is the underlying theme of the defile in Paris this year. Last week, in the middle of October, more than 400 exhibitors gathered in Paris, France for the 2009 Paris Chocolate Festival . This fantastic, let me call it sweet brown, event run from October 14-18th, surprised visitors with a chocolate fashion show.
