Floyd Landis was a professional cyclist who almost won the Tour de France before getting busted on doping charges. His highlight performance was in the 2006 Tour de France.

Floyd Landis'lawyer has been trying to get the US doping authorities to drop their case against Landis, but instead Landis seems to be getting into more and more definitive trouble.

Floyd Landis recently lost his appeal against the ban imposed on him after he failed a drugs test at the 2006 Tour de France.

But, he may have doped or not (most likely he did), that doesn’t write off his dramatic Tour de France finish. It sure does tarnish the accomplishment. But it’s there, in him. But I am pessimistic about this since the same system that put him in this predicament still exists. As the 2008 Tour begins in a ... Read Full Story
