The Foo Fighters are set to take a long break from music and have said that they plan to come back “when people really miss them.”
If you’re a fan, don’t expect any new music from the Foos any time in the near future. Dave Grohl said that the band is going on a hiatus from music and will return with a new sense of purpose, but again, it’s not going to be anytime soon.

The great music keeps rolling along. Here are two quick reviews of a couple albums I have been listening to this week. Foo Fighters’ Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace was out in 2007. I didn’t get around to picking it up until a couple of months after its release, and didn’t get to give a few good start to end spins until a couple of months after that.
