I took this shot of Golden Gate Bridge and Richmond, San Francisco, under the bridge back in March. Though windy, the air wasn’t all that clear for a March evening. Lighting, however, was too good to pass up the opportunity to take a couple of shots. Those shots proved to be worth-while as I spent another hour or so to get this below shot. I spent quite a bit of time trying to reduce the noise level in the picture – but in the end, left the image mostly untouched. Around 2:42 P.M. PDT on March 26, 2008 on Golden Gate Bridge, ten cars and a motorcycle were involved in one of the worst accidents. Fortunately, there was no fatal injury, nonetheless, made a big headline. I was stuck in the traffic on 101 Southbound near the Waldo Tunnel. The first hour was spent mostly out and taking pictures: It is not often that one gets a chance to get out of the car and take pictures on this beautiful site. Baker Beach is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. The view of Pacific Ocean, Marin Headlands and Golden Gate Bridge is simply amazing.
