The French international fashion group PPR is set to sell its consumer goods chains Fnac and Conforama to focus on its luxury brands, chief executive Francois-Henri Pinault said on Tuesday. Pinault said of his intention to sell, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal: "The sooner the better." Without setting a timetable, he said: "We want to transform the group into something more homogeneous."
