Frank Schleck of Team Saxo Bank broke his collarbone in three placesduring the third stage of the 2010 Tour de France.  He is officially out of the running for this year's biggest cycling win. Brothers Andy and Frank Schleck are racing for Team Saxo Bank in the 2010 Tour de France.  The race starts this Saturday and ends in Paris on July 25th.  The course covers over 2000 miles of racing.
