The Pittsburgh Pirates and second baseman Freddy Sanchez have come to an agreement on a two-year, $11 million deal with a club option for 2011 that could bring the total to $18.4 million. The two-time All Star hit for a .304 average with 11 longballs and 81 RBIs over 147 games last season before undergoing shoulder surgery during the final week.
