I had only heard about these services, I have personally never tired one.
After going to a few of these sites, I honestly can’t see them benefiting anyone, other than those looking to make a counter go up. They offer not bearing to your page rank or Alexa standing. The will not provide you with a back link to your site even though some of them require you have back link to there site.
