It appears Mychal lost his appeal to become eligible to play football at Caroll High School . His father Marcus went ballistic and blamed their lawyer, Carol Powell Lexing . He reportedly spat on her and pushed in down in an elevator. The lawyer ( Lexing ) apparently has filed a report with Baton Rouge police department... Read Full Story

According to the Associated Press, Mychal Bell, one of the Jena 6 teens, could enter the plea as early Monday, said attorney Carol Powell Lexing. He has been charged with aggravated second-degree battery and conspiracy. The plea deal would allow Bell to plead guilty to a misdemeanor and avoid a second trial.
