Gwen Stefani's Space-Age Runway Hairstyle

Gwen Stefani is more than a trendsetter: she's a fashion force of nature. Even now, in a year she's mostly dedicated to spending time with her adorable family, Gwen is making fashion waves with looks she pulled off years ago.

At the Laura Biagiotti Fall/Winter 2009 Presentation in Milan, the models wore their hair in futuristic Judy Jetson swirls just above their foreheads.


They looked rather cool with Biagotti's drapey hooded sweaters in bright jewel tones. It might have looked totz original, but sadly, it was not: Gwen pulled off several variations of that look almost three years ago.


The same goes for the look currently sported by both Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera. Perez Hilton and other gossip blogs posted extensively about how Aguilera had knocked of Gaga's hair and makeup. We'd best not forget that Gwen perfected the look (influenced, she said, by Michelle Pfeiffer in Scarface) back in 2006, when she debuted The Sweet Escape.
