The Great GTA IV Debate

I originally thought of creating a GTA4 debate when the game came out, but I thought 'What do I actually know about the game apart from my previous experience of Grand Theft Auto games and what I read about it'. How could I claim to be an expert on the game if I had never played it? So now after playing the game and completing 88% of it I now know what I am talking about and can claim to be somewhat of an expert on the subject. Grand Theft Auto 4 is so huge that just one debate will not even scratch the surface of it, so here is The GREAT Grand Theft Auto 4 Debate and I will try and cover as many debates and polls as possible to do the game justice.
