Aussie singer Gabriella Cilmi has beat the UK’s artists to land Britain’s most-played track of 2009.
The singer’s single Sweet About Me came top of the list that was put together by copyright and royalty collection organisation PRS For Music.
Seven of the artists in the top 10 of the list are British – Coldplay took the second place spot with Viva La Vida and Moloko took third place with The Time Is Now.
