Gal Gadot's Expert Imitation of Kendall Jenner on 'SNL' Will Have You ROFL
Gadot must have binged 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' before the performance.
SNL is back and proving it has way more to offer than Alec Baldwin's crack Donald Trump impression. On Saturday, Wonder Woman's Gal Gadot graced the comedy show's stages, taking on the role of Kendall Jenner.
In the sketch, "E! News" introduces its new TV line-up, brimming with mind-numbing reality shows sure to take your mind off stressful current events. Kendall, one of the six Kardashian-Jenner ladies who star on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, has been granted her very own reality spin-off, "Kendall's Model House."
Gadot's Kendall hangs out with fellow models Gigi and Bella Hadid in the kitchen, where they discuss how much pressure they're under and appear generally bored. Kendall is forced to ask Google Alexa "which one am I?" after briefly questioning which of them is prettier. It's all in good fun, but Gadot hits the nail on the head.
Later, we watch as Kendall gets lost in her own house, which is "so big and empty" that our heroine is overwhelmed with the task of getting out of it.
The sketch also teases "Where's Kanye?", a show that explores where the heck Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West, is hiding while she shoots KUWtK. "Is he hanging back because he's shy, or doesn't want to be associated with show?" the voice-over begs, which is a legit question given how rarely the rapper appears in his wife's family series.
Funny enough, Gadot was an accomplished model who appeared in ads for Gucci and Jaguar prior to nabbing big acting roles like Wonder Woman.
Maybe that's why her impression was so on point?
