Metaboli has announced that it has reached an agreement with Turner Broadcasting System to take control of fellow online gaming service GameTap in a move that will see a global entity created in early 2009.  

GameTap, Turner Broadcasting's digital distribution service for PC games, has been sold to Paris-based Metaboli, a European digital distribution service provider.
