"Uncharted 2: Among Thieves" has seized a leading eight nominations for this year's Video Game Awards, Spike TV announced Wednesday. The action-adventure "Uncharted 2" is bucking for Game of the Year, as is "Batman: Arkham Asylum," which logged a total of seven nominations, according to Spike TV, which presents the awards. Military shooter game "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" and zombie thriller "Left 4 Dead 2" each has landed six nominations, including Game of the Year. With the recent console updates which have enabled Facebook on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 , we are starting to see peoples likes and dislikes about the new additions, and there does seem to be quite a few dislikes. With the recent release of Assassin’s Creed II on both Xbox 360 and PS3 many gamers are beginning to argue what console the game looks better on. At the recent EuroGamer EXPO I attended, a Ubisoft representative stated that the graphics on both consoles are identical, however according to a recent article posted on Joystiq this may not be the case.
