This is the fastest way to string bows. It's faster than withdrawing 14 bowstrings and 14 unstrung bows from your bank.

Your inventory:

R-random item
U-unstrung bow
B-bowstring

RBBB
BBBB
BBUU
UUUU
UUUB

1. Withdraw one random item from you bank.
2. Withdraw 13 bowstrings.
3. Withdraw 13 unstrung bows.
4. Withdraw one more bowstring.

Notice how the bowstring and the unstrung bow are next to each other on the bottom right of your inventory. This is so that you can click back and forth easily and quickly. When clicking back buy runescape money and forth, make sure you click the bowstring ONCE, then DOUBLE-CLICK the unstrung bow, and then DOUBLE-CLICK the bowstring... then DOUBLE-CLICK the unstrung bow.. etc. Continue double clicking until you finish your inventory.
