For those directionally challenged among us, Garmin, offers a beefed up cell phone complete with a supposedly user-friendly Global Positioning System (the phone comes out Q3 2008. Garmin, arguably the leader in personal GPS devices, is throwing their hat into the ring of cellular phones.
