Has anyone seen this article about body parts located along a Pennsylvania Highway? Could this be the work of Gary Michael Hilton?

I found bones today. I took it to a DR., who referred me to the coroner. will ID, and let me know something later. It was near area ,I referred to two days ago. I made a welfare check on a widow, that lives down the street about a mile. She lives alone and is very courageous, but I wasn't sure how she was dealing with this incident. She and a neighbor, walk Afton Rd to the abandoned house, on a regular basis.
Her dog, brought the bone from an adjacent field, ironic huh. I saw the little dog with the big bone out the window, and intercepted it. There's alot of roadkill around this time of year, but this wasn't deer. Dr. said it apeared to be forearm, don't know?
MRS> E.: widow said her sister that lives 1/2 mile away saw a flashlight in the woods behind her house when Hilton was here. She said it was shining in the trees. Also Mrs. E., said she heard a woman scream 5 or 6 years ago up on the Indian mound adjacent to her house, just thought it was campers...
