Buddha speaks to At Play In The Field regarding the journey to Self.

“When we speak to you regarding the matters of Self we are speaking to you regarding the very nature of your essence, your being-ness, not the illusionary small self a.k.a. the egoic field, or the “lower” egoic separation of the mind. It is important to try and keep these essential distinctions as we (you) journey back to Self and by definition back to Truth.

When one encounters the knowingness of awakening one must first become aligned with the Truth and then consistently separate the larger mind (connected mind) from the barriers erected from the smaller mind (egoic) to experiencing truth. In other words we are always in the process of awakening but when the process shifts to an awareness of the awakening process it is easy to snap back into the illusion even though one thinks it is the Truth. In such a manner as this, then, it becomes about keeping your eye on the ball and realizing that the playing field is, although clearer, still an illusion.

The above statement more clearly describes your state of Being at this moment in your process of awakening then anything you may read in a book. At key points of awareness it can be said that those points are rather like running around in a circle all the while thinking the territory covered is “new”. It is not new to your soul but it is new to this lifetime.

In order for you to circumvent this process of running around in circles you need simply stop and realize your core truth: you are an infinite being playing at a game called life, that is constructed in such a manner that certain experiences guide you throughout your life cycle. When you breathe into this truth you will breathe into you knowledge. That knowledge is infinite, but you must learn to still yourself in order to sync your vibrational patterns to that field of awareness. Your connection to my dear brother “Archangel Michael” stems from your learning in this lifetime to slow your vibrational fields down to come into alignment with your Higher Self (Monadic Consciousness) and your “higher’ wisdom. His primary gift is the removal of fear and it is the layering of fear that speeds up and clogs up vibrational fields and therefore knocks you out of self-awareness. Slowing down by fear essentially speeds you up, but in a vacuum, and that is the gateway to insanity or separation from Creator.

(Fyi-the speed of energy is not necessarily an indication of high (light) or low (shadow) the important factor is the connection to Source/Creation or to separation a.k.a. fallen consciousness)

I chose to speak with you because as energy we go way back and have experienced many lifetimes together. It is quiet all right if you do not feel a conscious connection to my soul’s vibrational energy or me. I did promise you though, that should you ever get lost, I would always be there to assist you.

Your life will be a bit of a riddle for a while as you begin the process of sorting out deeper Truths and life’s mystery. Do not despair on your journey instead focus on the presence of joy and creating love all around you. Yes this sounds a bit generic but within each statement I have recorded here are profound layers of truth. It is your journey to decide what your life is and the quality of its expression of energy. You are completely free and completely blessed regardless of your decision, but are accountable for the Love that you give and receive. Be as wise as your were under the Banyan Tree and you will be fine.
