They remain anonymous, but their voices are out in force and bold print: a group of lesbian, bisexual, and transgender women have braved law and social taboo in Lebanon with a little pink-and-white book. "Bareed Mista3jil," Arabic for "Mail in a Hurry," is a collection of 41 true stories of women grappling with coming out, religion, family and emigration. One story is by a woman struggling to reconcile her religion and sexual orientation. Another speaks about the hardships of coming out in Lebanese society and a third deals with rape. NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Gay, lesbian and bisexual teenagers may be at higher risk of binge-eating and purging than their heterosexual peers, starting as early as age 12, a new study finds. He alleges he was summarily dismissed for speaking out and replaced by someone with no risk experience by then ... Read Full Story

Because all a woman really needs is a real man between her legs to realize what she's missing out on, the reasoning goes. In South Africa, it has been an epidemic, with hundreds of queer women reporting corrective rape every year -- and many more silent...
