The belly - It might be one of the most problematic regions of a person's body when it comes to losing fat, and it looks like everyone is concerned with getting a flat belly.

Your liver is a fat burning organ that's what it does, but when your kidneys are taxed from not drinking sufficient water or when you are chronically dehydrated your liver has to take over some of the responsibilities of the kidneys and once that occurs, guess what, your fat burning shuts down. The best way to keep that from happening is to drink more water, 8-10 glasses a day.
