The J Paul Getty Center in Los Angeles, California. Delusions of Grandeur I decided to check out the Getty Center not too long ago, and found it to be incredible. After parking, I took the little tram up the side of the mountain to the top. The tram gives one a nice view while slowly ascending the hillside. The Getty sits on top of a mountain overlooking the I-405 freeway, right off of Sepulveda Boulevard. It's great to have such a chance to attend lectures given by professors from all over the US. I'm thankful for UCLA paying the hotel fees. I have to say that that hotel is really expensive.
