“Everyday Italian” Food Network host Giada De Laurentiis is pregnant!
This morning, the Food Network star made the annoucement on the “Today” show.
“When I found out I was pregnant I was in complete shock … I truly didn’t believe it. I honestly thought, ‘there has got to be a mistake.’”
This is the 37 year old’s first child with husband, Todd Thompson, a clothing designer for the Anthropologie fashion company. She is also the star of Food Network’s “Behind the Bash,” “Giada’s Weekend Getaways” and “Giada in Paradise.” She’s also a frequent contributor on NBC’s “Today.”
Giada is the granddaughter of Dino De Laurentiis and Italian film star Silvana Mangano. Her mother is actress Veronica De Laurentiis and actor-producer Alex De Benedetti.
