If you remember those commercials of the late 90’s then you know what I’m talking about. It was Taco Bell’s biggest marketing effort to date to get the general public into their fast food Mexican restaurants. Owned by Pepsi, they were trying to be the McDonald’s of Mexican food. While Taco Bell is certainly doing well and has ever expanded their menu, I don’t know if they ever got up to the McDonald’s level.
