Girls Gone Wild founder, Joe Francis, has been in the news and under police investigation on bribery charges. The Girls Gone Wild franchise also made news when it offered American Idol contestant Antonella Barba a contract to host a Girls Gone Wild party.

Big congrats to Joe Francis!Joe is back home in LA after resolving (quickly!) his Florida matter.

Lets recap this to you. Francis had been in jail (seemingly forever) in Nevada facing a federal tax case. Finally just days ago he was released on bail to face a case in Florida regarding alleged taping of an underaged girl. The Florida case sounded like garbage because the tape was done reportedly by a separate agent and never even released by GGW.

Now moments ago Francis reportedly has agreed to a plea deal to set him free.

He is expected to arrive in LA in just moments.

“TMZ has learned that Francis has plead no contest to the charges of filming underage girls, and has been sentenced to time served.”

And even better … Florida has returned him his new Ferrari and $60,000 that they took from him last year.

I’ve met girls that have hung out with Joe and said he one of the coolest guys ever. Huge congrats to Joe!

He now still faces the federal tax case out of Nevada.
