Girls Gone Wild founder, Joe Francis, has been in the news and under police investigation on bribery charges. The Girls Gone Wild franchise also made news when it offered American Idol contestant Antonella Barba a contract to host a Girls Gone Wild party.
Lucky Joe Francis Avoids Jail Time
Talk about a lucky break. Goofball “Girls Gone Wild” CEO, Joe Francis somehow managed to avoid jail time for his problems with the IRS. Yeah he went to trial. Yeah he was sentenced by a judge. But no, the sentence did not include more jail time than the dummy has already done. The judge made Joe caough up $249,705, and also made him pay a $10,000 fine to Uncle Sam.
Now Joe just has to face all the other lawsuits he’s got pending and now he also says he’s going to get his company back in order with more videos, mobile content, etc. great, just what we all needed, more annoying “Girls Gone Wild” commercials every 3 minutes on Comedy Central.
Ugghh.
