Joe Francis is a free man! Francis was in court in Florida on Wednesday where he struck a plea deal that allows him to finally get out of jail.
The "Girls Gone Wild" founder has been a Nevada jail for the past year where he faces tax evasion charges. Joe stayed in jail there for so long to avoid facing the fire in Florida.

Looks like Joe will avoid further jail time in a tax case that spanned two states and several years, court filings show.
Records filed Wednesday in Los Angeles show the “Girls Gone Wild” founder will plead guilty to two counts of filing false tax returns and one count of bribing Nevada jail workers in exchange for food.
