Gitmo is the colloquial term for the Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp. The camp was created under the Bush administration to hold prisoners suspected of terrorism. President Barack Obama signed an order to close the camp Jan. 22, 2009.

I had planned to announce today that I would pay the $80 million that President Obama needs to relocate the remaining 245 prisoners held at Guantánamo. My plan was to borrow the money from a TARP bank, take over the facility and develop a golf course, casino, hotels and some condos.
