Snatch The Tickets For Glastonbury Festival

World famous music event Glastonbury festival is celebrating its 40th year in 2010. Tickets for 2010 have gone on sale. Organizer Michael Eavis said is trying to meet the line up of Blur, Neil Young, and Bruce Springsteen expectations for this event is high. Fans were able to buy tickets from Sunday onwards however; the registration system introduced in 2007 to overcome advertisers did not guarantee a ticket.

Last year fans were able to extend their registration for over three years said the spokesperson of that event. He added saying it was a good and open scheme. Ticketing system has been a huge success as he was aware all tickets were going to festivalgoers. However if fans are not sure about their previous registration of being valid, they can check through online. Customers can also participate in Glastonbury deposit scheme, which allows the buyers to pay £50 deposit, which assure them a ticket but the final balance needs to be paid on later dates. Glastonbury festival will be held in Somerset between June 23- 27. Last year festival saw a crowd of 137,000 revelers party under blue skies and glorious sunshine also describe as one of the best event. Michael Eavis is planning to extend the current four-year license until 2011.It is supposed that in 2012 the event will not take place to allow the Somerset site to recover.
